Ideation is the formation of ideas or concepts. Ideation is not just coming up with big ideas, it's more than that. Ideation is a creative process of thinking about a concept, generating the foundation of that concept and later a thought process which leads to developing the concept. Different approaches must be looked into and possibilities must be analysed. Once the selection process is completed, you are good to go to implement your ideation and convert it into an INNOVATION.
