There are millions who dream big, but only a few who have converted their dreams into reality. "The goal will be difficult to achieve" this is the explanation people give themselves when they stop chasing their dreams. But people often forget then hard work is the sure shot way of achieving it. Working hard is really all that is requires converting your dreams into reality. Both of these are interdependent on each other and hollow without the other. Only dreaming and skipping the hard work will take you nowhere. You need to at least try to get to the dreams. Aim for the moon, even if you fail you’ll land among the stars. But also, working hard without a goal is like a flight without a destination. It’s useless and your motivation will be lost on the way.

Think about the bigger picture. All the work and time you’re putting for the dream will be worth it. It will help you stay motivated and bring you pleasure to think about the reward waiting for you at the end. Also, never stop learning. Hard work is never too much. There will always be someone better and working hard for the common goal. Learning is an infinite entity and you cannot contain it, so do your best to move with it. Be proactive. All of the ideas and dreams in the world don't mean anything if you don't work crazy hard to make them happen for yourself. You get out of life what you put in, and we have to be proactive and get started on working towards those goals if we want to see any results. Even if you are limited on the time or the resources, make a plan to make sure you are moving forward even though they may be small steps. Also, don’t let your confidence fall back.

Metaphorically, everyone has his own goal, which is his big dream in life. He is the hero of the game and he tries to land his goal using hard work and efforts like the football.
